Nothing says love like… Warm Cheese
Written and performed by Teresa L. Thome and Directed by Stan Zimmerman, Warm Cheese is an intimate and comedic exploration of a woman wanting to no longer hate her dead mother. The night of her mother’s funeral as the family all gathers, a daughter learns more about her mother than she ever expected or wanted.
Of her recent performance at LaughFest (a national festival of laughter), festival director Joanne Roehm says,
At Gilda’s LaughFest, we’ve been thrilled with the opportunity to showcase this production by Teresa Thome, “Warm Cheese.” Poignancy enveloped in brilliant, touching humor.”
